Arthur J. Ranson, III, "Randy," is an experienced, ethical, expert Civil Trial Lawyer, rated by his peers as an “AV” attorney and recognized as a Preeminent Attorney by Martindale Hubbell the foremost lawyer rating organization. He is among the 1% of Florida Lawyers who are Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyers and he has held this certification for over thirty years. He has successfully handled many personal injury and wrongful death cases resulting from automobile, boating and railroad accidents, injuries caused by defective products, maritime injuries occurring on cruise ships, personal and economic injuries due to construction defects, as well as personal and economic damages resulting from professional and medical malpractice. He has also successfully concluded intellectual property matters including issues including trademark protection. He also has considerable experience in matters of libel and slander, commercial litigation and appellate practice.
As a veteran of state and federal courtrooms for nearly forty years, he has numerous trials to his credit. All the while Randy has crafted a reputation of ultimate professionalism. He believes in conducting oneself courteously while at the same time vigorously representing each client in preparing for trial and in presenting the client’s case to a judge or jury.
Randy is also a skillful negotiator, in keeping with his philosophy of seeking a negotiated settlement in the best interest of the client.
Finally, in this time of rising legal costs, another of Randy’s operating tenants is efficiency – focusing squarely on trial preparation and not simply “generating costly and burdensome paperwork.”
Randy’s many successes in trial practice have led to repeated recognition as a “Florida Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics Magazine, a member of Florida Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite” in Civil Trial Practice, and one of “Orlando’s Top Lawyers” by Orlando Home & Leisure Magazine.
